Fulfillment Policies

Refund Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations made 90+ days before arrival.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made 60+ days before arrival.

  • No refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival.

Booking & Reservation Policy

  • All reservations require a valid credit card at the time of booking.

  • A security deposit may be required depending on the property.

  • Guests must be 21+ years old to book.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.

Return Policy & Process

As we provide vacation rentals, traditional returns do not apply. However, if a guest encounters issues with their stay, we encourage immediate contact to resolve any concerns.

Cancellation Policy

  • Guests can cancel through SeekStays.com or by contacting support.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
